地方高校辅导员专业素质培养研究

Research on the Professional Quality Training of Counselors in Local Colleges and Universities

当前在我国高等院校中,高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作和学生管理工作的最重要的执行者。高校辅导员的专业素质是大学生在成才的同时能否成人的关键,直接影响高等学校学生的培养质量。社会经济、技术、文化的快速发展,对辅导员的专业素质提出了新的要求,只有满足社会提出的各项要求才能够发挥高校辅导员的育人职能,从而实现培养社会所需的高素质人才的目标。本文以高校的辅导员队伍为调查对象,找出了高校辅导员专业化素质和能力培养中存在的问题,对原因进行了分析。最后提出了高校辅导员专业化素质和能力培养的对策,以及高校辅导员专业化素质和能力培养的保障措施,旨在实现理论与实践相结合,寻找更有效的辅导员素质和能力培养的手段,以适应新时期高校辅导员工作的需要。

At present in China's colleges and universities,college counselors are the most important executors of ideological and political education and student management.The professional quality of college counselors is the key to the adult ability of college students,which directly affects the cultivation quality of college students.The rapid development of social economy,technology and culture has put forward new requirements for the professional quality of counselors.Only by meeting the requirements of the society can the educational function of college counselors be brought into play,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents needed by the society.This paper takes college counselors as the object of investigation,finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of professional quality and ability of college counselors,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and guarantee measures for the cultivation of the professional quality and ability of college counselors,aiming to realize the combination of theory and practice,and find more effective means for the cultivation of the quality and ability of college counselors,so as to meet the needs of college counselors in the new era.
