黄河流域经济高质量发展水平综合评价--基于BP神经网络模型分析

Comprehensive Evaluation of the High-quality Economic Development Level in the Yellow River Basin--based on the BP Neural Network Model Analysis

黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展是我国重大的区域发展战略,测度黄河流域经济高质量发展水平是研究其高质量发展存在问题和对策的前提。本文从经济效益、创新发展、人民生活和可持续发展四个维度构建了涵盖13个基础指标的经济高质量发展评价体系,使用BP神经网络模型对黄河流域九省区2009-2018年的经济高质量发展水平进行了综合评价。结果表明,黄河流域经济高质量发展水平的时间趋势保持总体平稳,但在空间上呈现出“两边高、中间低”的格局,地区差异显著。

Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin are the major regional development strategies in China.Measuring the development level is the premise to study the existing problems and countermeasures for high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.This paper constructs a high-quality economic development evaluation system covering 13 basic indicators from four dimensions including economic benefit,innovative development,people's life and sustainable development,and uses the BP neural network model to comprehensively evaluate the high-quality economic development level in the Yellow River Basin from 2009 to 2018.The results show that the temporal trend of high-quality economic development level in the Yellow River Basin remains overall stable,meanwhile the spatial pattern is"high on both sides and low in the middle"with the significant regional differences.
