摘要 吉林农业大学“应用生物科学(菌物科学与工程)”专业以食药用菌研究为基础,高水平的专业建设为加快我国食药用菌产业的发展持续提供高质量人才。通过总结在乡村振兴战略下食药用菌产业的优势作用和人才需求,结合吉林农业大学菌物科学研究与学科建设的发展历程,借鉴本专业人才培养的成功经验,提出在乡村振兴战略背景下,菌物科学与工程专业课程体系在建立一流学科队伍以及开设学科方向多层次化方面的创新理念,并对该课程体系的教学资源库优化提出合理建议。 The edible and medicinal mushroom industry has played an important role in the nation's poverty alleviation,and the continued upgrading of its industry will certainly play a more efficient industrial advantage in rural revitalization.As a first-class undergraduate major in the country,the“Applied Biological Science(Mycological Science and Engineering)”major of Jilin Agricultural University is based on the research of edible and medicinal mushroom.The continuous high-level professional construction will accelerate the pace of rural revitalization in China.This article summarizes the advantages of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry and the demand for talents under the rural revitalization strategy,combines the development history of the scientific research and discipline construction of Jilin Agricultural University's mycological science,draws on the successful experience of this professional talent training,and proposes the strategic background of rural revitalization.Under the creative concept of establishing a first-class subject team and setting up a multi-level subject direction in the curriculum system of Mycology Science and Engineering,and make reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the teaching resource library of the curriculum system.
