地方院校图书馆学生读者满意度影响因素研究

Research on the influencing factors of student reader satisfaction in local university library

对读者满意度问题研究是图书馆界的焦点之一,读者满意度的研究一方面有利于获取读者需求,另一方面有助于发现图书馆服务中存在的不足。文章以汉江师范学院图书馆为例,利用访谈法和扎根理论,前者用于收集一手资料,后者用于对地方院校图书馆学生读者满意度结构特征进行分析,在上述基础上完成调查问卷的设计,并结合探索性因子分析法对可能影响读者满意度的因素进一步确定。研究发现,图书馆读者满意度由“馆藏资源、基础设施、环境氛围、馆员素养和管理制度”这5个维度构成,对学生读者满意度有正向影响。

The research on reader satisfaction is one of the focuses in the library circle.On the one hand,the research on reader satisfaction is conducive to obtain the demand of readers.On the other hand,it helps to find the deficiencies in library services.This paper takes Library of Hanjiang Normal University as an example,using the interview method and grounded theory,the former is used to collect first-hand information,and the latter is used to analyze the structural characteristics of student reader satisfaction in local university library.Based on the above,the questionnaire is designed,and the factors that may affect reader satisfaction are further determined by combining with exploratory factor analysis.It is found that library reader satisfaction consists of five dimensions:collection resources,infrastructure,environmental atmosphere,librarian competency and management system,which has a positive impact on student reader satisfaction.
