摘要
装备维修技能人才队伍是装备维修保障工作的重要资源。文章综合采用文献查阅、问卷调查、座谈咨询和因子分析等方法研究了陆军合成旅装备维修技能人才队伍胜任力模型,通过主成分分析修正模型指标。结果表明,该模型具有较强的解释力,反映了在合成旅对装备维修保障队伍的具体要求,对装备维修保障队伍的建设具有一定的参考价值。
Equipment maintenance skilled personnel team is an important resource of equipment maintenance support work.This paper studies the competency model of the army synthetic brigade equipment maintenance skilled personnel team by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,discussion consultation and factor analysis.Through principal component analysis,the model indexes are modified.This model has strong explanatory power and reflects the specific requirements of the army synthetic brigade equipment maintenance support team,which has certain reference value for the construction of equipment maintenance support team.
