高校图书馆对于高校日常教育教学和科研工作极为重要且不可或缺。高校图书馆是整个学校的文化知识、图书资源、信息资源与文献资料的核心存储中心,肩负着高校科研工作以及培养高校人才的重要责任。如今,高校图书馆的主体作用已经变得越来越重要且突出,这也对高校图书资料管理人员自身的业务能力和综合技能提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,文章针对新时期有效提高高校图书资料管理人员综合技能的途径与策略进行一定分析和探究,并且提出一些合理化建议,以供参考。

University library is extremely important and indispensable for the daily education,teaching and scientific research work of university.University library is the core storage center of the cultural knowledge,book resources,information resources and documentation of the entire university,and shoulders the important responsibility of the scientific research work of university and the training of university talents.Nowadays,the main role of university library has become more and more important and prominent,which also puts forward higher requirements for the professional ability and comprehensive skills of university book and information management staff.In view of this,this paper analyzes and explores the ways and strategies to effectively improve the comprehensive skills of university library management staff in the new era,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for reference.
