基于众创科技工作室的工程制造类复合型创新人才培养探索

摘要 全球科技革命和产业变革对工程制造类技术人才培养提出了全新的要求,如何培养智能制造时代所需求的工程制造类复合型创新人才是未来我国是否引领智能制造时代的关键之一。文章针对工程制造类复合型创新人才的培养,提出了一种基于众创科技工作室的培养模式,探析了该模式应用于工程制造类人才培养中的可行性,并结合其在海洋装备制造专业应用的具体案例进行了深入研究,实现了工程制造专业的人才链与知识链、技术链、创新链的有机衔接。 The global sci-tech revolution and industrial change put forward a new requirement for the training of engineering manufacturing technology talent.Therefore,how to train the engineering manufacturing compound innovative talents needed in the era of intelligent manufacturing is one of the keys to China leading the era of intelligent manufacturing in the future.Aiming at the training of engineering manufacturing compound innovative talents,this paper puts forward a training mode based on the creative science and technology studio,analyzes the feasibility of applying this mode to the training of engineering manufacturing talents,and makes an in-depth study in the light of its specific cases in the professional application of marine equipment manufacturing,and realizes the organic connection between the talent chain of engineering manufacturing major and the knowledge chain,technology chain and innovation chain.
