数字经济对乡村振兴的影响研究——基于我国各省市2015-2019年面板数据的分析

在探讨数字经济对乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的影响机理基础上,依托2015-2019年我国各省市面板数据,运用熵值法实证分析了数字经济对乡村振兴的驱动效应。研究发现:数字经济对我国乡村振兴具有显著正向促进作用,且数字经济对乡村振兴的影响存在明显的区域差异,但数字经济对乡村振兴的正向促进作用主要在中西部地区,而在东部地区的正向效应不显著。因此,在全面推进数字经济发展的同时,应实施差异化的数字经济产业发展策略,弥合东部与中西部之间的"数字经济鸿沟",以数字治理为统筹发展过程提供保障,以助推我国东西部乡村振兴协调发展。

On the basis of exploring the influence mechanism of digital economy on the prosperity of rural industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluence of life,the driving effect of digital economy on rural revitalization is analyzed by using entropy method based on the panel data of various provinces and cities in China from 2015 to 2019.The study finds that the digital economy plays a significant positive role in promoting China’s ru-ral revitalization,and there are obvious regional characteristics in the promotion of the digital economy to the rural revi-talization,that is,the positive promotion of the digital economy to the rural revitalization is mainly in the central and western regions,while the positive effect in the eastern region is not significant.Therefore,while promoting the develop-ment of digital economy in an all-round way,we should implement differentiated digital economy industry development strategy to bridging the digital economic gap between the east regions and the central&western regions,so as to pro-mote the revitalization and coordinated development of rural areas in the east and west of China.
