酚醛树脂改性磁载TiO_(2)复合材料的制备及太阳光催化性能的研究

摘要 以Fe_(3)O_(4)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备酚醛树脂改性磁载TiO_(2)复合光催化剂,考察其太阳光催化降解苯酚的性能。探讨了Fe_(3)O_(4)和PF的负载量、焙烧温度、苯酚质量浓度、溶液的pH等对光催化降解苯酚活性的影响。通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等手段对复合光催化剂进行物相表征。结果表明,复合材料中TiO_(2)为锐钛矿相,PF改性和Fe_(3)O_(4)负载促进TiO_(2)可见光吸收。当苯酚质量浓度为10 mg/L、pH为6、太阳光照射180 min时,8%PF/5%Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)(200℃、4 h)复合材料对苯酚的降解率为92.51%。Fe_(3)O_(4)的负载提高了各催化剂的磁回收性能。 Using Fe_(3)O_(4)as carrier,phenol formaldehyde resin(PF)modified TiO_(2)composite photocatalyst is prepared via sol-gel method,and its photocatalytic efficiency in phenol degradation is investigated.Influences of the loading amounts of Fe_(3)O_(4)and PF,calcination temperature,phenol concentration and pH value on the performance of the catalyst in photocatalytic degradation of phenol are investigated.The composite photocatalyst is characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and solid ultraviolet(UV-Vis).It is shown that TiO_(2)exists with anatase phase in the composite,and the visible light absorption capacity of TiO_(2)can be enhanced by PF modification and Fe_(3)O_(4)loading.The degradation rate of phenol solution over 8%PF/5%Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)(200℃,4 h)can achieve 92.51%when the concentration of phenol is10 mg·L^(-1),pH is 6,and sunlight has irradiated for 180 min.The magnetic recovery performance of the catalysts is improved by Fe_(3)O_(4)loading.
