摘要 为进一步提高常州地区早熟芋头的生产效益,引进早熟芋头品种苏芋10号和苏芋11号,与当地早熟品种建昌早芋进行比较试验。结果表明:苏芋10号生长量最大,株高145.4 cm,显著大于苏芋11号和建昌早芋,最大叶面积也最大,商品子芋平均单个质量达54.69 g;直链淀粉、支链淀粉、粗蛋白含量分别为15.28、78.68、35.84 g/kg,均显著高于苏芋11号、建昌早芋;食味品质方面,苏芋10号质地硬、香味浓、糯性好、口感佳,表现最优。综上,苏芋10号具有更好的经济性状、更丰富的营养成分和更佳的综合食味品质,可作为当地早熟芋头生产推广用品种。 In order to further improve the economic benefits of early-maturing taro production in Changzhou area,two early-maturing taro cultivars‘Suyu No.10'and‘Suyu No.11'were introduced,and compared with the local early-maturing cultivar‘Jianchang zaoyu'.The results showed that‘Suyu No.10'had the largest growth with plant height of 145.4 cm,which was significantly larger than‘Suyu No.11'and‘Jianchang zaoyu'.The maximum leaf area was also the largest,and the average single weight was 54.69 g.The contents of amylose,amylopectin and crude protein of‘Suyu No.10'were 15.28,78.68,35.84 g/kg,respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of‘Suyu No.11'and‘Jianchang zaoyu'.In terms of taste quality,‘Suyu No.10'had the best performance with hard texture,strong aroma,good waxiness and good taste.In conclusion,‘Suyu No.10'had better economic character,richer nutrition composition and better comprehensive taste quality,and could be used as the local early-maturing taro production and promotion cultivar.
