超声引导下竖脊肌阻滞对脊椎手术患者疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标的影响研究

Effects of Ultrasound-guided Erector Spinae Block on Pain Degree and Pain Stress Indexes in Patients with Spinal Surgery

目的:探究超声引导下竖脊肌阻滞对脊椎手术患者疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标的影响。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月笔者所在医院收治的60例脊椎手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用静脉自控镇痛,观察组在对照组的基础上采用超声引导下竖脊肌阻滞。比较两组不同时间疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标。结果:术前,两组疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、48 h,观察组疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下竖脊肌阻滞可显著改善脊椎手术患者的疼痛程度及疼痛应激指标,在脊椎手术患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided erector spinal block on pain degree and pain stress indexes in patients with spinal surgery.Method:A total of 60 spinal surgery patients admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided erector spinal block on the basis of the control group.The pain degree and pain stress indexes were compared between the two groups at different time.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in pain degree and pain stress indexes between the two groups (P>0.05).At 24 and 48 h after surgery,the pain degree and pain stress indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided erector spinal block can significantly improve the pain degree and pain stress indexes in patients with spinal surgery,and has a high value in spinal surgery.
