以自我效能理论为基础的综合护理对乳腺癌患者状态自尊水平、心理压力的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Self-efficacy Theory on State Self-esteem and Psychological Pressure of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:探讨以自我效能理论为基础的综合护理对乳腺癌患者状态自尊水平、心理压力的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年9月于本院就诊的乳腺癌患者74例。按照随机原则分为试验组(n=37)与对照组(n=37),对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施以自我效能理论为基础的综合护理,比较两组的状态自尊水平、心理压力、生活质量。结果:试验组干预后中文版状态自尊量表3个维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后中文版简式心境状态(POMS)量表中精力状况、自尊感评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其余5个维度评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者干预后的中文版乳腺癌生存质量测定量表(FACT-B 4.0)量表中5个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以自我效能理论为基础行综合护理可有效缓解乳腺癌患者的心理压力,改善患者的心理状况,提高患者的状态自尊水平,有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on self-efficacy theory on state self-esteem and psychological pressure of patients with breast cancer.Method:A total of 74 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=37) and control group (n=37).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing based on self-efficacy theory.The state self-esteem level,psychological pressure,quality of live of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of three dimensions and total scores of the Chinese version of state self esteem scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the energy level,self-esteem of Chinese version profile of mood states (POMS) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the scores of the other five dimensions and total score were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of 5 dimensions of FACT-B 4.0 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing based on self-efficacy theory can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of patients with breast cancer,improve their psychological status,improve their self-esteem,and improve their quality of life.
