七步法对中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后抑郁焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of Seven Steps Method on Depression and Anxiety in Young and Middle-aged Male Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

目的:分析七步法对中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后抑郁焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选取2020年1-12月本院治疗的首次冠状动脉造影诊断为急性心肌梗死并给予PCI的中青年患者100例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者采取常规的护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采取七步法康复训练,对比两组心理状况、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:两组护理前心理状况评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后心理状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(24.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七步法可以降低中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的并发症发生率,同时患者的心理状况得到明显的改善,并且患者的预后康复状况较好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of seven steps method on depression and anxiety in young and middle-aged male patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Method:From January to December 2020,a total of 100 young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction diagnosed by coronary angiography for the first time and given stent implantation in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took seven steps rehabilitation training based on the control group.The psychological status,incidence of complications,quality of life between the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the psychological status of the two groups before nursing (P>0.05);the psychological status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after nursing,with statistical significance (P<0.05);the incidence of complications of the observation group (4.00%) was lower than that of the control group (24.00%),with statistical significance (P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Seven steps method for young and middle-aged male patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI relatively reduce the complications,while the psychological status of patients has been significantly improved,and the prognosis of patients with better rehabilitation,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
