心理护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的实施效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Gynecological Malignant Tumor

目的:分析心理护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者的实施效果,探讨有效的护理对策。方法:选取本院2018年9月-2020年7月收治的84例妇科恶性肿瘤患者,分为观察组(常规护理+心理护理)和对照组(常规护理)各42例,对比两组心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量、护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理总满意度(95.24% > 80.95%),以及护理后的生活质量量表(SF-36)评分[(74.25±5.06)分>(68.31±4.74)分]高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.086,t=5.552,P<0.05),护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(38.67±3.74)分<(43.08±4.05)分]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(38.22±4.31)分<(43.76±4.85)分]、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分[(6.07±1.02)分<(7.64±1.13)分]低于对照组(t=5.184、5.534、6.684,P<0.05)。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床治疗期间,应该密切关注其心理状态,根据其心理变化,实施针对性的心理护理,消除患者的负面情绪,有利于各项治疗、护理工作的顺利开展,进而改善其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor and explore effective nursing countermeasures.Method:A total of 84 patients with gynecological malignant tumor in our hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (routine nursing + psychological nursing) and control group (routine nursing),42 cases in each group,and the psychological states,quality of sleep,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The total nursing satisfaction (95.24% > 80.95%) and the score of SF-36 after nursing[(74.25±5.06) points > (68.31±4.74) points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (χ^(2)=4.086,t=5.552,P<0.05);the score of SAS[(38.67±3.74) points < (43.08±4.05) points],the score of SDS[(38.22±4.31) points < (43.76±4.85) points],the score of PSQI[(6.07±1.02) points < (7.64±1.13) points]after nursing of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (t=5.184,5.534,6.684,P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of gynecological malignant tumor patients,we should pay close attention to their psychological state,implement targeted psychological nursing according to their psychological changes,eliminate the negative emotions of patients,which is conducive to the smooth development of the treatment and nursing work,and then improve their quality of life.
