摘要
目的:讨论太极拳对子宫颈癌同步放化疗后患者的癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月收治入院的100例子宫颈癌患者,按随机对照法分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,试验组在子宫颈癌常规护理的基础上进行24式太极拳锻炼。采用简易疲乏量表(brief fatigue inventory,BFI)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)进行研究和评价,分别记录干预前1天、第7天、第1个月、第2个月和第4个月两组癌因性疲乏、睡眠质量的情况。结果:干预第4个月,试验组疲乏得分为(99.96±19.02)分,低于对照组的(143.94±44.13)分(t=31.349,P<0.05);试验组睡眠评分(24.62±7.41)分,低于对照组的(31.42±6.79)分(t=4.784,P<0.05)。结论:太极拳能有效减轻子子宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的疲乏程度,能提高患者的睡眠质量,非常适用于子子宫颈癌同步放化疗患者。
Objective:To discuss the effect of Tai Chi on cancer induced fatigue in patients with cervical cancer after concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Method:A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer admitted to hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the randomized control method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given 24 type Tai Chi exercise on the basis of routine nursing of cervical cancer.The brief fatigue inventory (BFI) and the sleep self-rating scale (SRSS) were used to study and evaluate the cancer-induced fatigue and sleep quality of the two groups one day before intervention,seven days,one month,two months and four months after intervention were respectively recorded and analyzed.Result:At the fourth month of intervention,the fatigue score of the experimental group was (99.96±19.02) points,which was lower than (143.94±44.13) points of the control group (t=31.349,P<0.05);and the sleep score of the experimental group was (24.62±7.41) points,which was lower than (31.42±6.79) points of the control group (t=4.784,P<0.05).Conclusion:Tai Chi can effectively reduce the fatigue of patients with cervical cancer with concurrent chemoradiotherapy,improve their sleep quality,which is very suitable for patients with cervical cancer with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
