固膝通痹方联合隔姜灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床效果

Clinical Effect of Guxi Tongbi Decoction Combined with Ginger-separated Moxibustion on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨固膝通痹方联合隔姜灸治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:将2018年8月-2020年8月本院86例KOA患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组予以隔姜灸治疗,观察组予以隔姜灸联合固膝通痹方治疗,治疗3个疗程。采用骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评估表评价关节炎严重程度,采用Lysholm评估表对患者膝关节功能进行评估,记录患者疼痛消失时间,比较治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后WOMAC评分显著降低,Lysholm评分显著增加(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、治疗1个疗程后,WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2、3个疗程后观察组WOMAC评分显著低于对照组,Lysholm评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总显效率为88.4%(38/43),显著高于对照组的58.1%(25/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固膝通痹方联合隔姜灸用于KOA的治疗,可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善关节炎严重程度及膝关节功能,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Guxi Tongbi Decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Method:A total of 86 patients with KOA in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ginger-separated moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with ginger-separated moxibustion combined with Guxi Tongbi Decoction,for 3 courses of treatment.Osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) evaluation scale was used to evaluate the severity of arthritis,and Lysholm evaluation scale was used to evaluate the knee function of patients,and the pain relief time was recorded,the treatment effect was compared.Result:After treatment,the WOMAC score decreased and Lysholm score increased significantly in the two groups (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in WOMAC score and Lysholm score between the two groups before and after one course of treatment (P>0.05).After 2 and 3 courses of treatment,the WOMAC score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Lysholm score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total excellent rate of the observation group was 88.4% (38/43),which was significantly higher than 58.1% (25/43) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guxi Tongbi Decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion for the treatment of KOA can relieve the pain of patients,improve the severity of arthritis and knee joint function,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
