摘要
目的:探讨中医针灸联合龙氏正骨手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的104例椎动脉型颈椎病患者当作探究对象,用随机数字法分为两组,对照组(n=52)应用中医针灸治疗,研究组(n=52)应用中医针灸联合龙氏正骨手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后生命质量及症状积分。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:椎动脉型颈椎病患者在治疗时,应用中医针灸联合龙氏正骨手法治疗,具有明显的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的症状,提升其生命质量,从而促进患者尽早康复,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese acupuncture combined with Longshi Bonesetting Technique in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 104 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group (n=52) was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture,and the study group (n=52) was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with Longshi bonesetting technique.The therapeutic effect,quality of life and symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The generic quality of life inventory (GQOL-74) score of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The symptom score of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,the application of traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with Longshi bonesetting technique has obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and improve their quality of life,so as to promote the early recovery of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
