帕罗西汀联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Paroxetine Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的:观察帕罗西汀联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2019年6月-2020年12月收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者116例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组58例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,研究组给予帕罗西汀联合康复训练治疗。比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)17项量表评分及治疗总有效率,观察两组治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后两组HAMD-17项量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且不同时间点研究组HAMD-17项量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为94.8%,显著高于对照组的81.0%(P<0.05);治疗期间研究组的不良反应发生率为13.8%(8例),显著低于对照组的39.7%(23例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕罗西汀联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后抑郁,可显著提高临床治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with rehabilitation training to cure post-stroke depression.Method:A total of 116 patients with post-stroke depression were selected from Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during June 2019 to December 2020,and randomly divided into control group and study group,58 patients in each group.The control group used only Paroxetine,and the study group used Paroxetine and rehabilitation training.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions after the treatment were observed.Result:After treatment,HAMD-17 scale scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the HAMD-17 scale score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at different time points (P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was 94.8%,which was higher than 81.0% of control group (P<0.05).During the treatment the adverse reactions rate of study group was 13.8% (8 cases),which was lower than 39.7% (23 cases) of control gourp,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Paroxetine combined with rehabilitation training to cure post-stroke depression can significant increased the therapeutic efficiency rate and decreased the adverse reactions rate.
