正畸联合种植义齿治疗对成人牙列错畸形及牙列缺损患者牙齿功能及美观度的影响

Effect of Orthodontic Combined with Implant Denture Treatment on the Function and Aesthetics of Adult Patients with Malocclusion and Dentition Defect

目的:探讨正畸联合种植义齿治疗对成人牙列错畸形及牙列缺损患者牙齿功能及美观度的影响。方法:按照简单随机化法将本院2018年1月-2019年1月92例成人牙列错畸形及牙列缺损患者分组,对照组46例给予种植义齿治疗,观察组46例给予正畸联合种植义齿治疗。对比两组治疗效果、满意度和不良反应情况,以及治疗前后的牙齿功能、美观度和生活质量。结果:观察组总合格率为97.83%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率为8.70%,低于对照组的28.26%,观察组总满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组吞咽功能、发音功能、咀嚼功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组生活质量评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,而美观度评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合种植义齿治疗可以有效改善成人牙列错畸形及牙列缺损患者的牙齿功能和生活质量,提高美观度、满意度及整体治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of orthodontic combined with implant denture treatment on the function and aesthetics of adult patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Method:According to the simple randomized method,92 cases of adult patients with malocclusion and dentition defect in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into the control group (46 cases,implant denture) and the observation group (46 cases,orthodontic treatment combined with implant denture).The treatment effect,satisfaction and adverse reactions,tooth function,beauty and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total qualified rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 82.61% of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.70%,which was lower than 28.26% in the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43% in the control group (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of swallowing function,pronunciation function and chewing function of the two groups were increased after treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were lower,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the aesthetic score was higher,the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment combined with implant denture can effectively improve the dental function and quality of life of adult patients with malocclusion and dentition defect,and improve the aesthetics,satisfaction and overall treatment effect.
