分期治疗GustiloⅢ型胫骨开放性骨折并骨缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Staging Treatment of Gustilo Type Ⅲ Open Tibial Fracture with Bone Defect

目的:研究分期治疗GustiloⅢ型胫骨开放性骨折并骨缺损的临床效果。方法:在本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的GustiloⅢ型胫骨开放性骨折并骨缺损患者中通过抽签的方式选取出40例患者作为研究对象,40例患者均进行分期治疗,对其进行为期12个月的随访,记录患者骨折愈合时间,同时观察其治疗前及治疗6个月后的Neer功能评分及Johner-Wruhs评分优良率变化。结果:40例患者骨折愈合时间为(8.64±1.20)个月,其治疗后的活动度评分、疼痛评分、功能评分及解剖部位评分明显高于治疗前,Neer功能评分总分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后的Johner-Wruhs评分优良率为85.00%,较治疗前有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:对于GustiloⅢ型胫骨开放性骨折并骨缺损患者,对其进行分期治疗不仅有利于促进其骨折愈合,而且还有助于其患肢功能恢复,具有良好治疗价值,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of staging treatment of Gustilo type Ⅲ open tibial fracture with bone defect.Method:Among the patients with Gustilo Ⅲ type tibial open fracture and bone defect admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,forty patients were selected as the research object by lottery.The forty patients were all arranged for staging treatment.They were followed up for 12 months.Recorded the fracture healing time of the patients,while observed the changes in the Neer function score and Johner-Wruhs score before treatment and after 6 months of treatment.Result:The fracture healing time of forty 40 patients was (8.64±1.20) months,and their activity score,pain score,function score and anatomical site score after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,the total score of Neer function score was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruhs score after treatment was 85.00%,which was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Gustilo type Ⅲ open tibial fracture and bone defect,staging treatment will not only promote the healing time of their fractures,but also help their limb function recovery.It has good therapeutic value and is worthy of promotion.
