蛇伤胶囊外涂护理学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤的效果

Effect of Sheshang Capsule Externally Applied in Nursing Preschool Children with Poisonous Insect Bites

目的:观察蛇伤胶囊外涂护理学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤的临床疗效,为临床应用提供依据。方法:本试验选取2018年5月-2020年11月笔者所在医院急诊科接诊的100例毒虫咬伤的学龄前期患儿,随机将其分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,同时对照组采用基础护理,治疗组给予基础护理联合蛇伤胶囊外涂护理。护理2 d后比较两组的临床效果及两组肿胀、疼痛的消退时间,并统计药物不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,且肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间明显早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿用药后药物不良反应发生率均较低,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予蛇伤胶囊外涂护理学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤,可明显改善临床症状,缩短肿胀及疼痛的消退时间,且药物安全性较高,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sheshang Capsule externally applied in nursing preschool children with poisonous insect bites,and to provide a basis for clinical application.Method:In this experiment,100 preschool children who were bitten by poisonous insects were received by the emergency department of our hospital from May 2018 to November 2020,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The control group received basic nursing at the same time,and the treatment group received basic nursing combined with Sheshang Capsule external application nursing.Two days later,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the time of swelling and pain subsidence between the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was counted.Result:After 2 days of nursing,the total effect rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the swelling and pain subsided time were significantly earlier than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups of children after medication was low,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sheshang Capsule external application nursing of poisonous insect bites in preschool children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the time for swelling and pain to subside,and the drug is safer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
