生活希望计划干预对乳腺癌患者社会支持和希望水平的影响

Impact of Life Hope Program Intervention on the Social Support and Hope Level of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:探讨生活希望计划干预在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的乳腺癌患者122例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各61例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施生活希望计划干预。比较两组社会支持、希望水平和生活质量。结果:观察组干预后社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分、生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生活希望计划干预能够提高乳腺癌患者社会支持、希望水平和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of life hope program intervention in breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 122 breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented life hope program intervention on the basis of the control group.The social support,hope level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of social support rating scale(SSRS),Herth hope scale(HHI)and quality of life measurement scale(FACT-G)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Life hope program intervention can improve the social support,hope level and quality of life of breast cancer patients.
