行手法整复结合小夹板石膏固定在肱骨髁上GartlandⅡ型骨折患儿治疗中的应用

Application of Manual Reduction Combined with Small Splint Plaster Immobilization in the Treatment of Children with GartlandⅡHumeral Supracondylar Fracture

目的:探究手法整复结合小夹板石膏固定在肱骨髁上GartlandⅡ型骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年5月-2020年5月收治的100例肱骨髁上GartlandⅡ型骨折患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例。研究组采用手法整复结合小夹板石膏固定治疗,对照组采用手法复位微创穿针石膏固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组优良率为92.00%,高于对照组为74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、提携角、屈曲角度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肱骨髁上GartlandⅡ型骨折患儿采取手法整复结合小夹板石膏固定的效果显著,可减轻术后疼痛,促进骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of manual reduction combined with small splint plaster immobilization in children with GartlandⅡhumeral supracondylar fracture.Method:A total of 100 children with GartlandⅡhumeral supracondylar fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with manual reduction combined with small splint plaster immobilization,while the control group was treated with manual reduction and minimally invasive needle puncture plaster immobilization.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,carrying angle and flexion angle in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction combined with small splint plaster immobilization has a significant effects for children with GartlandⅡhumeral supracondylar fracture,which can reduce postoperative pain and promote fracture healing.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
