恩替卡韦预防性治疗对HBV合并肺结核患者肝损伤的保护效果

Protective Effect of Entecavir Prophylactic Treatment on Liver Injury in Patients with HBV and Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨恩替卡韦预防性治疗对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)合并肺结核患者肝损伤的保护效果。方法:将本院2018年11月-2020年4月87例HBV合并肺结核患者分组,按照随机数字表法分为对照组43例,给予2HRZE/4HR治疗,观察组44例在以上基础上给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察两组临床疗效、免疫指标、药物不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);IgM、IgG、IgA均低于对照组,C3水平高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率(13.64%)低于对照组(34.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦预防性治疗对HBV合并肺结核可有效改善免疫水平,从而提高临床疗效且药物不良反应更小,在临床上值得进一步推进。

Objective:To explore the protective effect of Entecavir on liver injury in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)and pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:A total of 87 patients with HBV complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR,and the observation group was treated with Entecavir on the basis of the above.The clinical efficacy,immune indexes,and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);IgM,IgG,IgA were lower than that of the control group,C3 level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(13.64%)was lower than that of the control group(34.88%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir prophylactic treatment for HBV patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the immune level and the absorption of tuberculosis focus,so as to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
