神经节苷脂联合银杏叶提取物在缺血性脑血管疾病中的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨神经节苷脂联合银杏叶提取物治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的68例缺血性脑血管疾病患者,按随机数表法分为单一组与联合组,每组34例。两组入院后均给予常规治疗,包括控制血糖、降血压、调血脂等。单一组采用神经节苷脂治疗,联合组采用神经节苷脂联合银杏叶提取物治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血液流变学及神经功能。结果:联合组临床疗效明显高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂联合银杏叶提取物治疗缺血性脑血管疾病患者,可有效提高其临床效果,降低全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容及改善患者神经功能。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganglioside combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method:A total of 68 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the single group and the combined group with 34 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given conventional treatment after admission,including controlling blood glucose,lowering blood pressure and regulating blood lipid.The single group was treated with Ganglioside,while the combined group was treated with Ganglioside combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed hemorheology and neurological function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The clinical efficacy of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group (P<0.05);after treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the combined group were lower (P<0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the index of the combined group was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganglioside combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell backlog and improve the neurological function of patients.
