丙卡特罗口服液和孟鲁司特钠片治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果与不良反应

Effect and Adverse Reactions of Procaterol Oral Solution and Montelukast Tablets in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察分析支气管哮喘患儿口服丙卡特罗口服液和孟鲁司特钠片治疗的效果与不良反应分析。方法:将2019年1月-2020年6月本院接收的70例符合要求的支气管哮喘患儿进行研究,根据随机抽签法进行分组,将其分为试验组和参照组,每组35例。所有患儿在入院后均给予其平喘止咳常规基础治疗,参照组在常规治疗的基础上使用孟鲁司特钠片治疗,试验组在参照组的给药基础上使用丙卡特罗口服液治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,试验组血气指标显著优于参照组,试验组肺部功能指标第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、PEF日变异率(PEFR)均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与参照组在治疗过程中均未发现较为严重的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,试验组免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚群水平均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿支气管哮喘的治疗中,丙卡特罗口服液和孟鲁司特钠片是一种理想的治疗方式,其可以促进患儿肺部功能的正常,具备更佳的治疗效果,同时其还可以促进免疫指标的快速恢复,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect and adverse reactions of Procaterol Oral Solution and Montelukast Tablets in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Method:From January 2019 to June 2020,70 cases of children with bronchial asthma who met the requirements in our hospital were divided into experimental group and reference group according to a random lottery,35 cases in each group.All the children were given routine basic treatment for relieving asthma and cough after admission,the reference group was treated with Procaterol Oral Liquid on the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group was treated with Montelukast Tablets on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the blood gas indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group,and the lung function indexes forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow (PEF),PEF rate (PEFR) of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment process between the experimental group and the reference group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).At discharge,the levels of immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of bronchial asthma in children,Procaterol Oral Liquid and Montelukast Tablets is an ideal treatment,which can promote the normal lung function of children,with better treatment effect,at the same time,it can also promote the rapid recovery of immune indicators,help to reduce the probability of other diseases in children,less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
