血清表皮生长因子和脑源性神经营养因子水平与帕金森病患者认知障碍的相关性分析

Correlation between Serum Levels of Epidermal Growth Factor and Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor and Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Parkinson Disease

目的:探究血清表皮生长因子(EGF)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平与帕金森病(PD)患者认知障碍的相关性。方法:选取2017年9月-2021年3月笔者所在医院收治的81例PD患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)进行认知状况评价,按照是否合并认知障碍进行分组,认知障碍组43例,无认知障碍组38例,并选取同期的健康体检者80例作为对照,设为对照组,对比各组血清EGF、BDNF水平,并采用多重线性回归分析法分析血清EGF、BDNF水平PD患者认知功能的相关性。结果:血清EGF、BDNF水平对比,均为认知障碍组<无认知障碍组<对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,血清EGF、BDNF水平与PD患者的认知功能有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:PD患者的血清EGF、BDNF水平可能与认知障碍的发生有密切相关性,可以作为预测PD患者认知障碍的临床指标。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the levels of serum epidermal growth factor (EGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and cognitive impairment in Parkinson disease (PD).Method:A total of 81 PD patients were selected from September 2017 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were assessed by MOCA.According to whether cognitive impairment was combined,43 patients were divided into the cognitive disorder group and 38 cases were in the non cognitive disorder group and 80 healthy physical examinees were selected as the control group.The baseline data,serum EGF and BDNF levels were compared among the groups,and the relevance of the cognitive function in PD patients were evaluated by multiple linear regression analysis.Result:The levels of serum EGF and BDNF in cognitive impairment group lower than those in the non cognitive impairment group,and lower than those in the control group,gradually,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the levels of serum EGF and BDNF were related to the cognitive function of PD patients (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum EGF and BDNF in PD patients may be closely related to the occurrence of cognitive impairment,which can be used as a clinical indicator for predicting cognitive impairment in PD patients.
