常压高流量吸氧训练联合心理护理干预在儿童高压氧治疗中的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨进高压氧舱前给予患儿常压高流量吸氧训练及心理护理干预对治疗效果的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院儿科康复病房于2019年1月-2021年1月收治的中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)并发脑损伤患儿62例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予常压高流量吸氧训练联合心理护理干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组NBNA评分、DQ评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显高于对照组,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常压高流量吸氧训练联合心理护理干预能明显提高高压氧治疗效果,值得在脑损伤康复治疗阶段推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of atmospheric high flow oxygen inhalation training combined with psychological nursing intervention of children before entering hyperbaric oxygen chamber on the treatment effect.Method:A total of 62 neonatal children with moderate and severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) complicated with brain damage admitted in the pediatric rehabilitation ward of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given atmospheric high flow oxygen inhalation training combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of NBNA and DQ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the neuronal specific enolase (NSE) level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Atmospheric high flow oxygen inhalation training combined with psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,which is worth promoting in the stage of brain damage rehabilitation.
