吡咯替尼治疗人表皮生长因子受体2阳性转移性乳腺癌的效果分析

Effect of Pyrotinib in the Treatment of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

目的:研究吡咯替尼对人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阳性转移性乳腺癌患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月笔者所在医院收治的98例HER2阳性转移性乳腺癌患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组应用甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用吡咯替尼治疗。两组均连续治疗21 d。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能指标及生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为79.59%,高于对照组的61.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后精神健康、生理功能、社会功能评分及血清CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吡咯替尼治疗HER2阳性转移性乳腺癌,可改进患者生活质量评分,提升免疫功能,且疗效确切,促进患者病情缓解。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Pyrotinib on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive metastatic breast cancer.Method:A total of 98 patients with HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (49 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone,while the observation group was treated with Pyrotinib on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 21 days.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 79.59%,which was higher than 61.22% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,mental health,physiological function,social function score and serum CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group’s indexes were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,serum CD8^(+) levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pyrotinib in the treatment of HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer can improve the quality of life score,improve the immune function,and has definite curative effect,and promote the remission of patients.
