SBK、FS-LASIK与SMILE屈光手术治疗近视患者临床效果对比

Comparative Observation of Clinical Effects of SBK, FS-LASIK and SMILE Refractive Surgery in the Treatment of Myopia Patients

目的:对比分析角膜板层刀制瓣的准分子激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)、飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)与飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)屈光手术治疗近视患者临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年1月收治的126例近视患者按照就诊顺序分为A、B、C三组,A组给予SBK、B组给予FS-LASIK、C组给予SMILE,比较三组矫正效果、角膜内皮细胞变化。结果:三组术后1周、1年裸眼视力及等效球镜度(MRSE)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组术前、术后1周、术后1年中央角膜内皮细胞密度(ECD)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SBK、FS-LASIK与SMILE屈光手术治疗近视患者均可获得良好的视力,并且对角膜内皮细胞的影响相当,需要临床上进一步研究。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of sub-Bowman’s keratomileusis (SBK),femtosecond laser-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) and small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) refractive surgery in the treatment of myopia patients.Method:A total of 126 myopia patients admitted from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divide into three groups of group A,B,and C according to the treatment order.Group A was given SBK,group B was given FS-LASIK,group C was given SMILE,the three groups of correction effects,corneal endothelial cell changes.Result:The naked eye and manifest refraction spherical equivalent (MRSE) index levels 1 week,1 year after the operation of among the three group have no statistically significant (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the index levels of endothelial cell density (ECD) before operation,1 week after operation,and 1 year after operation (P>0.05).Conclusion:SBK,FS-LASIK and SMILE refractive surgery for myopia,all patients can get good vision without complications related to vision damage,and the effect on corneal endothelial cells is equivalent,and further clinical research is needed.
