重建钢板内固定手术治疗尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床效果、并发症及预后

Clinical Effect, Complications and Prognosis of Reconstruction Steel Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Ulna and Radius Double Fracture

目的:分析重建钢板内固定手术治疗尺桡骨双骨折患者的临床效果、并发症及预后情况。方法:选择2017年12月-2020年9月本院收治尺桡骨双骨折94例患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例采用微创穿针法手术治疗,研究组47例给予重建钢板内固定手术治疗,对两组临床效果、并发症及预后进行比较。结果:研究组临床总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(80.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后疼痛评分为(1.76±0.25)分,低于对照组的(2.09±0.56)分(P<0.05);研究组切口感染、桡神经损伤、骨间背神经损伤等并发症率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后心理功能(92.36±3.05)分、社会功能(92.21±3.71)分、角色功能(91.24±3.04)分、躯体功能(91.09±3.20)分,各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重建钢板内固定手术治疗尺桡骨双骨折患者,可减轻患者疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,能提升其治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect,complications and prognosis of reconstruction steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with ulna and radius double fractures.Method:From December 2017 to September 2020,94 patients with ulna and radius double fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,47 cases in the control group were treated with minimally invasive needle surgery,and 47 cases in the study group were treated reconstruction steel plate internal fixation surgical treatment,the clinical effect,complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group (95.74%) was higher than that of the control group (80.85%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was (1.76±0.25) points,which was lower than that of the control group (2.09±0.56) points (P<0.05).The complication rate of incision infection,radial nerve injury,interosseous dorsal nerve injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of psychological function of (92.36±3.05) points,social function of (92.21±3.71) points,and role function of (91.24±3.04) points and physical function (91.09±3.20) points in the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Reconstructive steel plate internal fixation surgery for the treatment of patients with ulna and radius double fractures can reduce the pain of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
