摘要
文章针对乌东德水电站拱坝中孔大型钢衬安装难点和对策进行了分析,克服传统钢衬安装时间长、质量控制困难的问题,从钢衬加工、运输、存放、吊装、调校、组装定位及与土建交叉作业等方面进行优化,将大坝单孔钢衬现场安装时间从25天压缩至18天,并确保了钢衬安装质量。
This paper analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures for the installation of large steel lining in the middle spillway of the arch dam of Wudongde Hydropower Station,and overcomes the problems of long installation time and quality control of traditional steel lining.From the aspects of steel lining processing,transportation,storage,hoisting,adjustment,assembly positioning and cross operation with civil engineering,the on-site installation time of single hole steel lining of the dam is reduced from 25 days to 18 days,and the installation quality of steel lining is ensured.
