摘要
本文主要针对多轮次调堵作业后油井的堵水效果差的问题,研发了一种用于水平井的耐温高强度的复合堵剂,并对该体系的性能进行评价研究。实验研究结果表明,增效剂具有良好的增粘效果,同时延长了堵剂有效期,耐温高强度堵剂粘度可达到1伊105m Pa·s。通过对体系的研究以及现场施工应用,表明该项技术可实现水平井封堵,达到增油降水的目的,具有推广应用前景。
In this paper,to solve the problem of poor water plugging effect after multiple rounds of plugging operation,a compound plugging agent with high temperature resistance and strength for horizontal Wells was developed,and the performance of the system was evaluated and studied.The experimental results show that the synergist has good viscosifying effect and prolongs the validity period of the plugging agent.The viscosity of the heat-resistant and high-strength plugging agent can reach 1×105 MPa·s.Through the study of the system and the field application,it is shown that this technology can realize the horizontal well plugging,achieve the purpose of increasing oil and precipitation,and has the prospect of popularization and application.
