摘要
汽电联驱引风机对比电驱、汽驱引风机具有明显优势。以某660 MW火力发电厂汽电联驱引风机为例,分析在设计、施工、调试可能遇到的诸多问题。设备同轴度不满足安装要求时,以汽轮机中心线为基准调整其他设备;设计引风机房土建结构时,考虑汽轮机排气管道的高度;汽轮机支吊架影响其膨胀时,合理割除支吊架根部;调试时,合理优化离合器动振动限制,使机组安全正常运行。
Compared with electric drive induced draft fan and steam drive induced draft fan,steam-electric drive induced draft fan has obvious advantages.Takes a 660 MW thermal power plant as an example,expounds and analyzes some problems that may be encountered in the process management and operation,and puts forward the solutions.When the coaxiality of the equipment does not meet the installation requirements,adjust other equipment based on the center line of the steam turbine;When designing the civil structure of induced draft fan room,the height of steam turbine exhaust pipe shall be considered;When the support and hanger of steam turbine affects its expansion,reasonably cut off the root of the support and hanger;During commissioning,the dynamic vibration limit of the clutch shall be reasonably optimized to ensure the safe and normal operation of the unit.
