水冷壁管排T型三通焊缝热处理工艺分析及应用

摘要 某火力发电厂锅炉水冷壁管排T型三通位置的焊缝热处理难度较大,通过现场实践和分析开展水冷壁热处理工艺相关实践工作,对T型三通焊缝采用履带式电加热器上下对称布置来处理位置结构复杂的管屏。针对热处理过程中出现的管屏局部温度偏高或偏低等问题,分析后通过合理布置控温热电偶和测温热电偶位置,使热处理各区域温度分布均匀,结果显示热处理后的焊缝及两侧母材硬度数据合格,该热处理工艺在后续工作中加以推广应用。 In this paper,in view of the difficulty of weld heat treatment at the t-tee position of boiler water-cooled wall tube bank in a thermal power plant,the practical work related to water-cooled wall heat treatment process is carried out through field practice and analysis.The crawler electric heater is symmetrically arranged up and down for the t-tee weld to deal with the tube panel with complex position and structure.In view of the high or low local temperature of the tube panel during heat treatment,after analysis,the temperature distribution in each area of heat treatment is uniform by reasonably arranging the positions of temperature control thermocouples and temperature measurement thermocouples.The results show that the hardness data of welds and base metals on both sides after heat treatment are qualified,and the heat treatment process will be popularized and applied in the follow-up work.
