摘要
高性能复合材料,尤其是碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的用量已成为衡量民机先进性的一项重要指标,其中,热塑性复合材料相对于热固性复合材料具有突出的韧性、可回收性以及快速低成本制造等优势,在民用航空领域受到广泛的关注,并在近年来取得了显著的应用效果。综述了以聚苯硫醚、聚芳醚酮、聚醚酰亚胺等高性能热塑性树脂为基体的热塑性复合材料在国外民用航空结构中的应用,为国内热塑性复合材料的应用方向提供参考。
The amount of high-performance composite materials,especially carbon fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials,has become an important indicator of the advancement of civil aircraft.Among them,thermoplastic composites have attracted extensive attention in the field of civil aviation due to their outstanding toughness,recyclability and rapid low-cost manufacturing advantages over thermosetting composites,and have achieved significant application effects in recent years.This article reviews the application of thermoplastic composite materials based on high-performance thermoplastic resins such as polyphenylene sulfide,poly aryl ether ketone,and polyetherimide in foreign civil aviation structures,and provides a reference for the application direction of thermoplastic composite materials in China.
