Derivative Rights of Online Shopping Consumers in the Internet Plus Medicine Field

“互联网+医药”经济催生了巨大的医药产值,但在这利好势头下,医药网购消费者的衍生权利受损和保障不力问题日渐凸显。本文在梳理医药网购消费者衍生权利种类的基础上,探讨其保护中存在的问题,并从国家、经营者和消费者三方视角分析其问题根源,进而提出完善我国医药网购消费者衍生权利保护的设想。

The Internet plus medicine economy has spawned a huge pharmaceutical output.However,in this favorable context,damage to and ineffective protection of the derivative rights of online shopping consumers become increasingly serious.Having sorted out the types of derivative rights of online shopping consumers of pharmaceuticals,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current protection of these derivative rights,and analyze the root causes of these problems from the perspective of the state,industry and consumers,and then puts forward suggestions to improve the protection of these rights in China.
