工业机器人RV减速器数字化设计与动力学分析

摘要 以UG NX软件为平台建立RV减速器结构三维数字化模型,研究RV减速器可视化设计方法和虚拟装配;应用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS对虚拟样机模型进行运动学和动力学分析,得到RV减速器的各级转速、齿轮啮合力等参数,并分别进行分析.仿真结果表明:实验参数与理论计算值相吻合,验证了虚拟样机技术在RV减速器设计中的正确性,对提高RV减速器设计的速度和质量具有参考价值. Based on UG NX software,the three-dimensional digital model of RV Reducer structure is built.The visual design method and virtual assembly of RV reducer are studied.A dynamics simulation analysis has been made on the virtual prototype by using the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS,and the parameters such as speed at all levels and gear meshing force of RV reducer are obtained and analyzed respectively.The simulation results show that the experimental parameters are consistent with the theoretical values,which verifies the correctness of virtual prototype technology in the design of RV reducer,and is referential for improving the speed and quality of RV Reducer Design.
