摘要
人力资本作为经济发展的关键要素,其结构变化会对碳排放产生一定的影响,厘清两者之间的内在联系,对我国实现碳达峰、碳中和的战略目标具有一定的理论参考价值.运用数理模型对人力资本高级化与碳排放之间的作用机理进行论证,并在此基础上,利用2001—2016年中国部分省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据进行实证分析.结果表明,人力资本高级化、经济集聚与碳排放之间存在显著的空间相关性,人力资本高级化和经济集聚与碳排放之间均存在显著的负相关,证实人力资本高级化和经济集聚能够有效地抑制碳排放.因此,在我国经济发展过程中,要促进经济的集聚和人力资本高级化的建设,推动区域间节能减排的协同治理模式和机制的形成.
Human capital is the key element of economic development,and the change of human capital structure also has a certain impact on carbon emissions.Clarifying the internal relationship between the two has a certain theoretical reference value for China to achieve the strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization.Based on the panel data of some provinces(municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions)in China from 2001 to 2016,this paper makes an empirical analysis.The results show that there is a significant spatial correlation between human capital upgrading,economic agglomeration and carbon emissions,and there is a significant negative correlation between human capital upgrading,economic agglomeration and carbon emissions,which proves that human capital upgrading and economic agglomeration can effectively inhibit carbon emissions,In the process of China's economic development,it is necessary to promote economic agglomeration and the construction of advanced human capital,and promote the formation of collaborative governance model and mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction among regions.
