As a new and fashionable teaching model,online teaching is highly acclaimed by educators.Through the practice of online teaching of the course of“Linear Algebra”,this paper summarizes the ways to organize online teaching effectively from four aspects:preparation before class,implementation in class,reflection after class and course assessment.It practice shows that it enables students to learn the course actively and easily.
