汽车离合器减震盘轴向压缩量仿真测试

摘要 为了全面提升离合器减震盘轴向压缩量仿真测试性能,提出一种汽车离合器减震盘轴向压缩量仿真测试方 法。对汽车离合器减震盘进行性能、尺寸和厚度参数设计,基于参数设置几何矩阵,采用 CATIA 软件绘制三维结 构模型。将三维模型导入到 LS-DYNA 软件中进行有限元分析,以此为基础选取汽车离合器减震盘关键节点,生 成压缩变形幅频图并输出,完成离合器减振盘轴向压缩量试验分析。仿真测试结果表明,基于 LS-DYNA 软件测 试得到的离合器减振盘轴向压缩量变化范围在 0.020~0.203 mm 之间,获取的测试结果处于理想结果范围内,且幅 频变化曲线波动较为平稳,验证了测试结果的有效性。 In order to comprehensively improve the performance of the traditional method of simulation test of the axial compression of the clutch damping disc,a simulation test method for the axial compression of the automobile clutch damping disc is proposed.Based on the parameter setting,the geometric matrix of the model is constructed,and the 3D structure model is drawn by CATIA software.Based on the finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model imported into the LS-DYNA software,the key nodes of the vehicle clutch shock absorber disc are selected and processed to generate and output the compressed deformation amplitude frequency diagram.Complete the axial compression test and analysis of the clutch vibration reducer disc.The simulation results show that the variation range of axial compression of clutch disc based on LS-DYNA software is between 0.020-0.203 mm,the deformation result is within the ideal result range,and the amplitude-frequency variation curve fluctuates smoothly,which verifies the validity and stability of the test results.
