建筑工程钢结构焊接节点承载性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 在建筑工程钢结构设计施工中,钢结构焊接节点的施工好坏和设计合理性,决定了建筑工程钢结构焊接节点承载性能的好坏。针对传统承载性能分析方法存在的不足,对建筑工程钢结构焊接节点承载性能进行了优化分析,首先计算得出建筑工程中钢结构焊接特征,以特征计算结果为依据,通过焊接节点的有限元模型的选取,最终建立建筑工程钢结构焊接节点有限元模型,结合有限元分析的结果,实现建筑工程钢结构焊接节点承载性能分析。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的性能,钢结构焊接特征计算结果准确率较高,有限元模型分析效果较好,耗时短,且承载力计算精度较高,由此可见,该方法性能优越,能够广泛应用于建筑工程钢结构研究中,为以后的建筑相关研究奠定了数据基础。 In the design and construction of steel structure of construction engineering,the construction quality and design rationality of steel structure welding joints determine the bearing performance of welded joints of steel structures in construction engineering.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional bearing performance analysis method,the bearing performance of the welded joints of steel structures in construction engineering was optimized.Firstly,the welding characteristics of steel structures in construction engineering were calculated.Based on the results of feature calculation,the finite element model of welded joints was adopted.The selection of the finite element model of the welded joints of steel structures in construction engineering was finally carried out.Combined with the results of finite element analysis,the bearing capacity analysis of welded joints of steel structures in construction engineering was realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance,and the accuracy of the calculation results of steel structure welding characteristics is higher.The finite element model has better analysis effect,shorter time consumption and higher calculation accuracy of bearing capacity.The method has superior performance and can be widely used in the research of steel structure of building engineering,which lays a data foundation for future building related research.
