Development Status and Countermeasures of Quinoa Industry in Jingle,Shanxi

藜麦是目前普遍认为可满足人类所需全部营养的食用性单体作物。静乐为“中国藜麦之乡”,近年来藜麦产业发展迅速。藜麦已经成为静乐的特色产业和支柱产业,但存在品种退化、生产栽培技术滞后、产品附加值低等问题,建议加快藜麦品种选育、推广示范标准化生产栽培技术、实现藜麦全产业链开发,助力乡村振兴和农民增产增收。

Quinoa is an edible single crop that is generally considered to meet all the nutrients needed by human beings.Jingle is the hometown of quinoa in China,and quinoa industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Quinoa has become a characteristic industry and pillar industry of Jingle,but there are some problems such as variety degradation,lagging production and cultivation technology and low product added value.It is suggested to speed up quinoa variety breeding,promote and demonstrate standardized production and cultivation technology,and realize the development of the whole quinoa industrial chain,in order to help revitalize villages and increase farmers’production and income.
