长时间尺度下有源配电网网架适应性评价体系及方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对配电网长时间尺度综合评价缺失引起的配电网网架升级无序和资金投入粗放问题,提出长时间尺度的有源配电网网架适应性(long time scale adaptability of active distribution network,LTAADN)概念,构建一套LTAADN的评价体系,设计一种Pignisitic概率距离优化及年份加权的组合评价方法。首先,阐述LTAADN概念与作用,并基于此从节能减排、运行水平、网架投资3个方面构建一套LTAADN评价指标体系;然后,基于改进层次分析法(improved analytic hierarchy process,IAHP)和改进熵权法(improved entropy weight method,IEWM)分别计算指标的主客观权重,结合Pignistic概率距离优化构建年份加权的LTAADN组合赋权和评价方法。通过实例分析验证:所提方法可以准确反映评价周期内,负荷变化引起的配电网网损、设备成本、可靠性等指标变化情况,获取不同网架性能曲线的交点,以此实现合理的配电网分阶段建设。 Aiming at the problem of disordered upgrading of the distribution network and extensive capital investment caused by deficiency of long time scale evaluation of the distribution network,this paper proposes the concept of long time scale adaptability of active distribution network(LTAADN),constructs a set of evaluation system of LTAAD,and designs a combined evaluation method of probabilistic distance optimization and year weighting.Firstly,it states the concept and function of LTAADN and establishes a set of LTAADN evaluation index system from three aspects of energy conservation and emission reduction,operation level and grid investment.Then,the subjective and objective weights of the indicators are calculated based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)and improved entropy weight method(IEWM).Combining with the optimization of Pignistic probability distance,the combination weighting and evaluation method is constructed.Finally,case analysis verifies the proposed method can accurately evaluate the changes of distribution network loss,equipment cost,and reliability indicators,and obtain the intersection of different grid evaluation curves to construct the distribution network in different time.
