高校教师党支部在课程思政建设中发挥作用的机制研究

Research on the Functioning Mechanism of College Teachers Party Branches in Ideological and Political Education

高校思想政治教育承担着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大使命,要超越过去单一的“思政课程”,拓展更加广泛的“课程思政”。作为高校基层的战斗堡垒,高校教师党支部必须充分发挥自身的优势,以党建为抓手、以课程为中心、以实践来引领、促成果转化,建立起高校教师党支部在课程思政建设中发挥作用的机制,充分发挥自己的组织力和战斗力,促进课程思政的实施与推广,实现全员全程全方位育人。

The college ideological and political education takes up the great mission of nurturing capable young people well-prepared to join the socialist cause.Therefore,it must go beyond the single ideological and political courses of the past,and develop into ideological and political education in a broader sense.As the basic Party organizations in colleges,teachers Party branches must give full play to their own advantages.With Party building as the effective tool,courses as the focus,practices as the guiding models to promote the transformation of education results,an effective functioning mechanism of college teachers Party branches should be built,aiming at the realization of three-wide education by practice and promotion of ideological and political education in curriculum.
