论师范生课程理解能力的培养 被引量:2

摘要 具备良好的课程理解能力是师范生专业发展的基础,也是其今后从事教育教学工作的关键能力之一。师范生课程理解能力内在地包含理解课程内涵的能力、理解学科的能力、理解课程文本的能力、理解课程实践活动主体的能力四个方面。师范生课程理解能力的培养具有重要的价值:凸显与提升师范生的专业品性,帮助师范生形成科学的课程观,塑造师范生的课程思维以提升课程实践能力,促进师范生对课程行动的积极反思。促进师范生课程理解能力生成的可能路径有:优化专业理论课程设置,夯实师范生课程理论基础;强化专业实践教学,在实践中提升师范生课程理解能力;创设学校课程文化,增进师范院校对师范生课程理解能力培养的关注度。 Having good comprehension of the curriculum is the basis for professional development of normal university students and one of their key abilities in education and teaching in the future.The curriculum comprehension ability of normal university students inherently includes four aspects:the ability to understand the meaning of the curriculum,the ability to understand the discipline,the ability to understand the course text,and the ability to understand the subject of curriculum practice.The cultivation of curriculum comprehension ability of normal university students has important value,which can highlight and promote the professional character of normal university students,help them form a scientific curriculum view,shape normal university students curriculum thinking to enhance their curriculum practice ab ility and promote the positive reflection of normal university students on curriculum actions.The possible ways to promote the development of normal university students curriculum comprehension are as follows:to optimize the professional theory curriculum and consolidate the theoretical basis of normal university students curriculum;to strengthen the professional practice teaching and improve the normal university students curriculum understanding ability in practice;to create the curriculum culture and enhance the attention of normal colleges to the cultivation of curriculum understanding ability of normal students.
