Constructing a Rural Grassroots Social Governance System

本文基于中国乡村社会治理的演变,在实践经验上归纳乡村治理的积极因素,并梳理起关键因素的价值维度,由此构建以组织、制度、运行、评价及监督等五维体系的中国乡村基层社会治理体系,以期为乡村社会治理能力现代化与治理体系现代化提供理论基础,使乡村社会更有效地运转。

This article based on the evolution of rural governance,to summarize the positive factors and practical experiences of rural governance,to sort out some of main value dimensions of key factors,constructed a five-dimensional system of organization,system,operation,evaluation,and supervision.The system itself could provide theoretical basis for modernization of rural social governance capabilities and governance system modernization,also could provide knowledge for making the rural social function more effectively.
