试从“七郁”病机论冠心病的发病机制

The Pathogenesis of Coronary Heart Disease from the Perspective of“Seven Constraints”

认为冠心病的发病机制与朱震亨所构建的"六郁"病机理论密切相关。通过解析郁、六郁与情郁的内涵,探析朱震亨"六郁"学说,认为其中含有气、血、痰、火、湿、食、情七种郁滞,故提出"七郁"概念。通过冠心病各阶段的症状表现分层次探讨"七郁"病机与冠心病的联系,发现情郁、气郁是冠心病形成期的病机特征;食郁、湿郁、火郁是冠心病稳定期的病机特征;痰郁、血郁是冠心病活动期的病机特征,从而阐明冠心病和中医学郁滞之间的内在联系。

The pathogeneis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is considered to be closely related to"six constraints"developed by ZHU Zhenheng.By analyzing the connotation of the constraints,six constraints and emotional constraints,and studying the"six constraints"theory,it is found that there are actually seven constraints of qi,blood,phlegm,fire,damp,food and emotions;therefore,"seven constraints"theory is put forward.When the pathogenesis of"seven constraints"is correlated to the manifestations of different stages of CHD,it is shown that emotional constraint and qi constraint are in correlation with formulation of CHD;food,damp and fire constraints are the pathogenesis of stable stage of CHD;and phlegm and blood constraints are related to active stage of CHD.All of these indicate the internal associations between CHD and constraints in traditional Chinese medicine.
