坚持立德树人、德法兼修培养高素质法治人才分析

法律实施离不开道德支持,而道德践行有赖于法律约束,在高素质法治人才培养中,教师不仅要注重法学知识的传授质量,还要关注学生的道德素养和思维品质,将德法兼修与立德树人充分融入到法治人才的培养过程中,使社会主义法律理论进头脑、进课堂、进教材。对此本文结合法治人才与依法治国的内在联系,探析法治人才培养的要求及目标,提出法治人才培养的策略,以期为我国构建法治国家、推动社会主义现代化发展提供条件。

The implementation of law is inseparable from moral support,and the practice of morality depends on legal constraints.In the cultivation of high-quality legal talents,teachers should not only pay attention to the quality of imparting legal knowledge,but also pay attention to the moral quality and thinking quality of students.In this regard,this paper combines the internal relationship between the rule of law talents and the rule of law,analyzes the requirements and goals of the cultivation of rule of law talents,and proposes strategies for the cultivation of rule of law talents.It is hoped to provide conditions for our country to build a country ruled by law and promote the development of socialist modernization.
