摘要
文中使用Ansys有限元软件以梁杆单元建模方式对塔式起重机塔身进行APDL参数化建模,建立了等截面梁单元模型、变截面梁单元模型和实体模型,对这3种模型分别施加相同的约束与载荷,以实体模型的数据为基准,研究变截面梁单元模型的精确性与可行性,并分析了多节变截面梁单元方管塔身的受力情况。
Using Ansys finite element software,APDL parametric modeling of tower cranes was carried out through beam-bar element modeling,and the equal section beam element model,variable section beam element model and solid model were established.By applying the same constraint force and load to the above three models respectively,based on the data of the solid model,the accuracy and feasibility of the variable cross-section beam element model were studied,and the stress of the multi-section variable cross-section beam elements of square tube tower cranes was analyzed.
